Join Melissa for a deeply restorative evening of guided meditation and immersive sound designed to calm the nervous system and invite you back into balance. Surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest and renewal.
