Are you involved in organising a community festival, summer fair, sports event, charity fundraiser, food festival, arts event or other volunteer-led community activity within Leamington Spa or Warwick?
Join fellow organisers, volunteer coordinators and community groups for a facilitated discussion exploring how local events can better support one another throughout the year.
We'll explore how organisations can:
- Share volunteer opportunities
- Keep volunteers engaged throughout the year
- Exchange fundraising and sponsorship ideas
- Share knowledge, contacts and resources
- Reduce duplication and support one another.
This pilot event is designed to test appetite for future collaboration between community event organisers within Leamington Spa & Warwick.
Please note: CAVA The host organisation's role is solely to facilitate the discussion. Any future collaboration would be shaped and led by participating organisations.
