Create a beautiful handmade fall platter that’s perfect for Thanksgiving, autumn entertaining, or simply adding a little handmade charm to your table! In this approximately 2-hour stoneware handbuilding workshop, we’ll create an oval platter and decorate it with layered fall leaf cutouts. Our instructor will walk you through the process step by step, with all the tools, textures, and little tricks you need to make a beautiful piece — no clay experience necessary!
We’ll be working with durable stoneware clay, making your finished platter both beautiful and functional.
After the workshop, we’ll carefully dry and fire your platter. It will be ready in approximately 10 days, and then you’ll return during our regular drop-in hours to glaze it using our beautiful selection of stoneware glazes. We’ll fire it one more time, and your handmade fall platter will be ready to enjoy for seasons to come!
Project Price: $45
A $10 instructional fee is paid when you register to reserve your seat. The $45 project fee is paid at the workshop.
