Leading Without Losing Yourself: A Workshop For Women In Leadership
Hey there, amazing women leaders! It's Q4. You're pushing to hit your number, building your 2027 plan and budget, and getting ready for the holidays on top of it. And you're holding your team together through a market nobody can predict, with AI changing the work faster than anyone can keep up. So let me ask you: who's holding you up?
I've spent 30 years leading teams at Fortune 500 and growth-stage companies. But here's what drives me: I've watched too many brilliant women carry everything, get overlooked, and burn out, when what they needed was someone in their corner. That's why I started Her Revenue, and why I built this day. This is the day I wish I had during those crazy moments, and the day we all need right now!
We will spend four hours together on three things:
- Still Standing: how to keep your team steady when the ground keeps shifting, what to say when you don't have the answers yet, and how to stay standing yourself while everyone's leaning on you
- Running on Empty: why being great at the job left you running on fumes, the exact words to say no without it costing you, and how to decide what comes off your plate before the year-end rush
- Who's in Your Corner?: the best part of the day. After lunch, we pull up our chairs and build your personal board of directors, from the people who've earned a seat at your table to the empty chairs still waiting for the right person. You'll trade names with the remarkable women around you, then practice your big ask out loud.
A great lunch will be served, and there's a swag bag waiting with your name on it. And in the weeks that follow, you'll have a private 1:1 with me to work through whatever's on your plate.
