Led by HCPC-registered clinical and sport psychologists, it brings together two psychological perspectives to deepen your understanding of yourself, the people you lead and the relationships that shape performance.
WHAT YOU’LL EXPLORE
Day one starts with you. Through The Leader’s Pulse, you’ll explore the relationship between your own patterns and the leader you want to be, including how pressure influences your thinking, behaviour and decisions.
Day two turns to others. You’ll look beneath the surface of behaviour and explore when to offer guidance, when to step in and when to give people space. The Responsive Leader helps you consider how to adapt your approach as people and circumstances change.
WHO YOU’LL LEARN WITH
Dr James Griffin, Clinical Psychologist, brings experience across NHS mental health services, high-performance sport and corporate settings.
Gemma Douglas, Senior Sport Psychologist, brings over 15 years’ experience in high-performance sport, spanning Olympic cycles and World Cup campaigns, alongside leadership development and executive coaching.
Together, they’ll connect psychological insight with the real challenges you bring into the room.
THE EXPERIENCE
Step away from everyday demands, exchange perspectives with fellow leaders and make time for your own development. An overnight stay and a fine dining experience at the Treasury in Warrington are included, giving you time to build connections and continue conversations beyond the sessions.
