Leading Others- Cohort 14

Leading Others is a 12-month leadership program designed for mid- to senior-level leaders in roles charged with creating organizational change. Participants of Leading Others benefit from a transformational curriculum, an executive coach and peer level leaders supporting growth as your progress.

SELF Module: April 6 - 8, 2027

TEAM Module: May 12 - 13, 2027

BUSINESS Module: June 8 - 10, 2027

Leadership Sustainability: September 21, 2027

Graduation: February 25, 2027

Fees: 8 In-person days plus 7 individual executive coaching sessions over the course of 12 months totals $12,499. SAVE $750 by registering 4 weeks prior to the Welcome Event.

Info: (1) Identify your strengths and opportunities through your Drake 360 Leadership Success Profile results. (2) Evaluate your personal leadership style and articulate your Leadership Brand. (3) Develop a personalized and implementable Leader Development Plan with associated objectives, key results, and tactics.

Info: (1) Evaluate your own communication practices and discover strategies to improve team performance. (2) Explore tools you can use to emphasize continuous learning for you and your team. (3) Utilize the Leadership Performance Model (LPM) to build an effective environment for your team and/or diagnose the cause of team performance issues in order to adapt your environments.

Info: (1) Learn how to drive strategy and decision-making. (2) Identify performance gaps and strategic opportunities (3) Create a three-year business plan for your function. (4) Receive valuable insights by presenting your business plan to the Dolphin Tank - a group of experienced executives.
