AI is changing how we work. What would it look like to lead with conscious humanity? Discover a path forward with courage, clarity, and care
About this Event

Presented as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week North Texas and hosted at Spark Arlington Coworking, this in-person conversation is for C-suite Executives, Founders, and HR and Talent Leaders responsible for developing leaders and navigating organizational change.

AI can bring fear, excitement, uncertainty, and possibility, and sometimes all at once. As we adapt, leaders remain responsible for how decisions are made, how people are treated, and what happens next.

Join Kathryn Booker-Veloz, former U.S. Diplomat and Civil Servant and Founder and CEO of Influence Leadership Lab: Coaching & Consulting LLC, for an interactive conversation about leading with conscious humanity: recognizing what the current data says about AI and the impact on our workplaces, and how our emotions, assumptions, choices, and actions ultimaltely shape trust, morale, and results.

Through storytelling, reflection, and discussion, explore how to navigate hard decisions and difficult conversations, hold clear standards, and take responsibility for your impact while honoring the humanity side of the equation.

Leave with key insight into your own leadership responses, identify a conversation(s) that needs your attention, and choose one practical step forward. Take home a resource to continue the work for you and the teams you lead.
