Change is hard, and AI makes it harder. Learn how to bring your team along and lead them through AI with confidence.
About this Event

This in-person event is for leaders navigating change in the age of AI.

Leading Change in the Age of AI brings together the human and practical sides of this transition.

The event gives leaders a chance to explore how to lead their people through change while gaining a clearer understanding of what effective leadership in an AI-enabled workplace looks like.

The first session, led by Kenneth Kwan, focuses on how leaders can help people navigate change effectively. Through Small Steps To Big Changes®, participants will explore how practical shifts in thinking and behaviour can build greater readiness and help people move forward with change.

The second session, led by Andrew Chow, takes participants into the practical realities of AI in the workplace. Through a live demonstration and hands-on exercise, participants will see how AI can act as a thinking partner on a real business problem, experiment with it themselves and assess where their own team currently stands.

Together, the sessions connect the two sides of leading change in the age of AI: helping people navigate change while giving leaders the insights to take action with AI.

  5. Clear next steps to take back to your team — Identify practical actions you can take to lead change and move forward with AI.
