Join us for LeadHer: The Power of You – GSGST Mental Wellness Summit, a day of empowerment, connection, and self-care for girls and adults, proudly sponsored by HCA Healthcare Foundation.
Girls will participate in engaging, age-appropriate sessions focused on mental wellness, mindfulness, confidence, resilience, and self-care, while adults enjoy hands-on wellness experiences, practical resources, and opportunities to recharge.
Throughout the day, participants will connect with others, hear from experts, enjoy wellness breaks and treats, and discover healthy habits and tools they can use long after the event.
