Leadership on Tap

Join us for this Get Comfortable business leadership event and learn several simple visual leadership tools used by 1000s of leaders all over the globe! These simple, memorable, & teachable tools provide a framework that help individuals become leaders you want to follow, not simply have to follow.

Each ticket includes one draft of your choice, and all proceeds benefit the Get Comfortable initiative!

It is about helping those you lead get to higher levels. Effective leaders see their role as one of helping others achieve their full potential. The person worth following must be secure, confident, and humble enough to help others grow their leadership skills, and then develop them to multiply those skills to others. It begins with self-leadership, though.

Do you know what it's like to be on the other side of you and your leadership?

Self-awareness can be a difficult path. Learning to hold up the mirror in front of ourselves and be brutally honest with what we see doesn’t come naturally to most people. But it’s important. Leaders who fail to regularly and intentionally take time to better understand themselves and others are not the leaders who will bring out the best in themselves or their teams. After all, if we don’t know our own strengths, weaknesses, and tendencies under pressure, how can we expect to avoid the pitfalls that sabotage our leadership?

This event is for every person that wants to grow - from the team or organization leader to a leader of families. The goal is to equip people to become people that others want to follow, not simply have to follow.

100% of event proceeds will go directly to supporting the Get Comfortable initiative. Learn more about Get Comfortable.
