The Impact of AI on Leadership and Coaching
Join us for the third session of our LeadersConnect series, bringing together community leaders with thought leaders from the University of Michigan for meaningful conversations, fresh perspectives, and opportunities to connect.
This month, we welcome Monica C. Worline, PhD, Faculty Director of the Center for Positive Organizations at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing how we work, communicate, and lead. As AI becomes increasingly integrated into our professional lives, it raises important questions about the future of leadership and coaching.
How can leaders effectively navigate an AI-driven workplace? What role will AI play in coaching and professional development? And how can we embrace new technologies while continuing to foster trust, compassion, creativity, and meaningful human connections?
Join us for an engaging conversation about the opportunities and challenges AI presents for leaders and coaches, and how we can thoughtfully navigate the future together.
