About This Class
Discover how to move beyond managing through authority to leading through shared values, trust, and meaningful action. Whether you lead a team, manage an organization, or influence others without a formal title, this session explores how to connect everyday work to a bigger mission and inspire commitment—not just compliance.
Explore a practical 30-day action plan focused on listening, connecting work to purpose, and empowering team members with greater ownership and decision-making authority. Leave with concrete steps to put these leadership principles into practice.
