The Women Ahead Visionary Leaders Masterclass provides an engaging and reflective,

Two-hour experience designed to enhance women’s leadership capabilities, confidence, and well-being through a human-centred, evidence-informed approach.

Participants will engage in practical reflection and guided discussion to connect their professional goals with their values, thereby enhancing their leadership confidence, emotional awareness, and overall well-being.

 Duration: 2 hours

 Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

 Format: Interactive small-group masterclass (maximum 7 participants)

 Approach: Guided reflection, discussion, and collaborative exercises

 Materials: Participants receive a printed workbook and follow-up notes
