Le Salon Vol 1: French Inspiration. Canadian Terroir.

As the evenings grow longer and the weather turns cooler, we invite you to join us for the inaugural edition of Le Salon, an intimate dinner series hosted in the Frenchy Private Dining Room.

For our first gathering, we're looking closer to home, exploring a collection of exceptional Canadian wines crafted with a deep respect for French tradition and a distinctly Canadian sense of place.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a four-course pairing menu created exclusively for these wines. From a celebratory sparkling welcome to a celebrated Chardonnay and an iconic Icewine, each pour has inspired a dish designed to complement, contrast, and elevate what's in the glass.

Hosted by Executive Chef Aaron Chen and a guest Wine Master Sommelier, Le Salon is more than a pairing dinner. It's an opportunity to slow down, discover something new, and share an unforgettable meal with fellow lovers of good food, good wine, and good company.
