La Sabina è Farfa, L'Abbazia non è solo un monumento, arriva ad identificarsi completamente con il territorio, culla del paesaggio dell’Olio EVO Sabino DOP; la valle del Farfa, con le sue Gole, ne è la cornice selvaggia e impervia, che avvolge di un’atmosfera solitaria e meditativa i luoghi che un tempo brulicavano di viandanti implicati in relazioni con il potente Monastero Imperiale.

DESCRIPTION
Sabina is Farfa, the Abbey is not just a monument, it comes to identify itself completely with the territory, cradle of EVO oil Sabino DOP. The Farfa Valley, with its Gorges, is the wild and impervious frame, which envelops in a solitary and meditative atmosphere the places that once were swarming with travelers involved in relationships with the powerful imperial monastery.
