Presented in collaboration with the Embassy of Mexico in Canada, Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa, and La Hacienda, this experience explores how dried and fresh chiles can be transformed into vibrant salsas, rich sauces and flavourful dishes.
Guests will explore the techniques behind working with Mexican chiles and discover how their unique combinations of sweetness, smokiness, earthiness and heat can bring depth and character to everyday cooking.

Her expertise in huitlacoche, a celebrated Mexican ingredient, has been featured by the Toronto Star in collaboration with Trent University, while Global News has highlighted her journey from Mexico to Canada and her longstanding success as an entrepreneur.
