Rosé Garden Opening - LCV Kitchen Series
Celebrate the season with a unique rooftop workshop led by a renowned chef, where food, setting, and presentation come together. This hands-on experience explores elegant rosé pairings alongside curated charcuterie and seasonal floral elements, all enjoyed in a relaxed garden atmosphere.
Participants will assemble boards, learn pairing principles, and explore how flavours and textures complement one another. Ingredients are carefully selected and locally sourced, reflecting the freshness of the season. The chef provides step by step guidance and shares recipes and pairing ideas that can be recreated at home.
The setting is casual, social, and visually inspired, making it as much about experience as it is about technique. Guests will enjoy what they create together on the rooftop, accompanied by a welcome drink that complements the menu. Each participant receives an apron to take home. This workshop offers a fresh, interactive way to explore entertaining, presentation, and seasonal flavours.
