About this Event

"What we lived through is living in us." - Rupi Kaur

With over 15 years of practice and teaching combined, recovery from multiple injuries and nervous system dysregulation, I revamped and transformed my way of movement to trauma-informed, somatic yoga which:

Stops putting your body into cookie cutter yoga without belonging
Adapts this ancient practice of yoga to help process suppressed emotions & unhealed trauma

Closes the stress cycle and supports you to move in a way that actually feels goo

About the facilatator:

Let me be frank: Angora has had enough of the following:

❌ You must transcend your body in yoga
❌ You won't get injured in yoga (spoiler: you will)
❌ You have to follow certain alignment cues & a sequence set by one person for all bodies (usually a male)

I learned the hard way that none of this is true.

Recovering from multiple repetitive stress injuries (check out here) and nervous system dysregulation, I thankfully found the somatic way of moving—one that’s sustainable, deeply healing, amplify my authentic frequency and actually makes me feel good.

Now, it’s my mission to help you reclaim your nervous system from being overwhelmed, adapt this ancient practice called yoga to release and unpack what's stored and felt in your body & mind.
