About this Event
Turkey dinner does not have to mean a whole bird, an entire day, and a kitchen full of stress. This class shows you a better approach.
You will butcher a whole turkey, then work hands-on to make turkey schnitzel, cranberry stuffing, and sticky toffee pudding. Every favourite part of a turkey dinner is here, just prepared more efficiently, more skillfully, and with results that are genuinely more delicious than the traditional version.
Led by an LCV chef instructor in a professional kitchen. Once you cook turkey this way, you will not go back. Bring a container for anything you do not finish on the spot. Welcome drink included. Apron to take home.
