Join us for the LCAPS Policing and Forensics Conference 2026, bringing together policing professionals, forensic practitioners, academics, researchers and students for a day of knowledge sharing, innovation and networking.
Following the success of last year's conference, we're delighted to once again host this event as part of the Liverpool Centre for Advanced Policing Studies (LCAPS) Winter School.
Throughout the day, delegates will hear from a range of expert speakers covering current issues, emerging research and developments across policing, forensic science and the wider criminal justice sector.
A key feature of the conference is our MSc Policing and Criminal Investigation Poster Conference, where postgraduate students will present their dissertation research as part of their formal assessment. This provides an opportunity to explore cutting-edge research being undertaken by the next generation of policing and forensic professionals and to engage with students about their work.
