The Hollywood/Union Avenue Branch of Shreve Memorial Library is participating this year in the 13th annual “Lawyers in Libraries” statewide program in partnership with the Louisiana State Bar Association (LSBA), the State Library of Louisiana, and the Louisiana Library Association! Library patrons will have the opportunity to meet with an attorney for brief “Ask-a-Lawyer” consultation in person at participating libraries and over the phone.
Registration is required.
During these consultations, no criminal matters will be discussed. These programs are free and open to the public. Get answers to your questions regarding topics such as bankruptcy, divorce, and wills.
