Picture arriving on a Sunday evening to a softly lit studio. A warm pink glow fills the room, singing bowls are gathered at the center, and a mat is waiting for you. You can set down what you’re carrying, get comfortable, and let the rest of the evening unfold.
Lavender Dreams is a 60-minute sound bath with doTERRA Lavender aromatherapy at The Mat Pilates in San Marco, Jacksonville. As the sounds of singing bowls and other instruments fill the space, you’re invited to rest and simply listen. Whether you’re visiting Jacksonville or live here, no sound bath experience is needed.
If you’ve been craving a break from everything asking for your attention, come for an hour that’s yours. Make it a quiet evening for yourself, or invite a friend or partner to share it with you.
Choose your spot:
- General Admission — $45: Bala 12 mm mat, small bolster, Lavender weighted eye mask, and blanket
- Premium Experience — $55: Pillow lounge mat, small bolster, weighted eye mask, and blanket.
The floor is firm. To enhance your comfort, consider bringing a pillow for additional lower back support.
Before you leave, choose a chamomile lavender or chamomile tea to take home, along with a sample of doTERRA Lavender for a little extra support during your week.

Doors open at 5:15 p.m. so you have time to park, come in, and settle onto your mat.
Parking: Please allow an extra 10–15 minutes to find a spot and walk over. You can use the public lot to the left of the studio or street parking. Please do not park in the San Marco Club parking lot.
