Join us for the Laurel Open Enrollment Community Wellness Day a free, family-friendly event connecting you with local organizations, community resources, and in-person health insurance enrollment assistance.

This FREE, in-person event is open to the public! Registration is encouraged so you can receive event reminders and help us estimate attendance.
What to Expect
- Free Health Insurance Enrollment Assistance: Receive free, on-site assistance with your Maryland Health Connection application, provided by HealthCare Access Maryland.
- Local Community Resources: Connect with local organizations and community partners offering a variety of free resources and information for individuals and families.

Maryland Health Connection Application Assistance
If you are interested in accessing the free on-site assistance with the Maryland Health Connection, you'll need:
- Photo ID
- Birth dates
- Social Security number or other document number
- Employer and income information
- Citizenship or immigration information
- Information about any job-related health insurance available to you
