Launch of Belfast from Space

Join award-winning Irish poet Martin Mooney to celebrate the publication of the long-awaited Belfast from Space: New and Selected Poems.

The new book draws from more than 30 years of work by this distinctive voice in contemporary Irish poetry, from his debut Grub to 2011's The Resurrection of the Body at Killysuggen, and beyond.

If you were lucky enough to join us for last year's launch of Mooney's Nine Small Things, you'll know to expect thought-provoking black humour, intense lyricism, a fierce engagement with ordinary speech and popular culture - oh, and possibly some 70s nostalgia and audience participation....
