By registering for this BNI Alberta South event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

3. **Release of Liability:** You hereby release BNI Alberta South, its franchisees, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by you or your property while participating in the Events.

4. **Indemnification:** You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BNI Alberta South and its representatives from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to your participation in the Events.

5. **Scope:** This waiver extends to you, your heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, including any future claims that may arise from participation in the Events.

6. **COVID-19 and Health:** You acknowledge the inherent risk of exposure to infectious diseases, including COVID-19, and assume all related risks, releasing BNI Alberta South from any associated liability.

7. **Media Release:** You grant permission for BNI Alberta South to use your likeness in photographs or videos taken during the Events for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.

8. **Governing Law:** These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

By registering for this event, I confirm that: - I am at least 18 years of age - I have read, understood, and agree to the above terms - I acknowledge that I am giving up substantial legal rights by accepting these terms - I understand that registering for and attending constitutes an electronic signature and agreement to all terms stated above.
