An exciting opportunity to experience face-to-face DIRFloortime® training right here in Tasmania!Windsor Allied Health is bringing DIR 101: Introduction to DIR® and DIRFloortime® to Launceston, presented in person by ICDL Training Leader Megan King.
DIR 101 is a 12-hour introductory course (2 x 6hr days) exploring the DIR® model and DIRFloortime®, which is a relationship-based approach to supporting development in children and adults, including those with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities.
The 2 day course explores how individual differences, meaningful relationships and emotional connections influence development, engagement and learning.
Face-to-face DIRFloortime® training opportunities are rare in Tasmania, making this a fantastic opportunity to access internationally recognised training without travelling interstate.
You'll gain a foundational understanding of the DIR® model, explore its practical applications and connect with other professionals and families interested in relationship-based developmental approaches.
DIR 101 also provides the foundation for progressing to DIR 201 and further DIRFloortime® training.
