Do you want to bring more joy — more connection—more laughter to your neighbourhood or community
Maybe you simply want more of this for yourself...
Laughter clubs may help you realise this desire. They are all-abilities (free or low-cost) social sessions in which the body-mind process of laughter yoga is practised. Read more about laughter clubs
In this interactive 2-day training workshop, you'll be introduced to the science behind this wellbeing process and most importantly, you'll learn at least 30 exercises.
We finish the weekend with a pop-up laughter session at which family and friends are invited as you facilitate a session you've developed using the skills you've newly learned!

Who is your trainer
HeatherJoy Campbell is Queensland's most experienced certified laughter yoga teacher/trainer. Trained by the giggling guru creator of laughter yoga, Dr Madan Kataria, in India, she's been the only full-time practitioner in this state for more than a decade -- and finds time to still run laughter clubs as givebacks to community because … she loves her community!
