Laugh and Learn About OCD
Join us on October 11, 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Grand Comedy Club & Pizzeria* for a night of comedy in support of OCD Awareness Week, hosted by OCD SoCal and Rogers Behavioral Health.
This is a Comedy Open Mic: Exposure Therapy at Its Funniest. Performing is optional but highly encouraged! Whether you take the mic or just sit back, this event is all about facing a little discomfort, laughing through it, and walking away with a better understanding of what OCD really looks like.
Special guests include local OCD treatment providers ready to answer your questions and connect you with real resources and support.
Admission is free, and there's no food or drink minimum. Plus, food will be provided courtesy of Rogers Behavioral Health San Diego, so come hungry, curious, and ready to laugh. Bring a friend, your questions, and if you're feeling brave, bring five minutes of material!
Please note: this event contains adult humor and content, and is recommended for ages 18+.
*Grand Comedy Club is on the northeast side of North County Mall in Escondido, with plenty of free parking on-site.
