LATIDO — NEW YORK LATIN RHYTHM & SOUL
Feel the rhythm. Taste the night. Hit the dance floor.
LATIDO brings the heat, passion and irresistible energy of Latin nightlife to LIVE@ The Grand Room — an intoxicating evening of live music, dining, cocktails and dancing.
At the heart of the night is Melbourne’s formidable Latin powerhouse DEL BARRIO, led by Gualberto Casas, delivering an authentic New York Latin sound driven by explosive percussion, soaring brass and infectious grooves — from salsa and mambo to cha-cha, merengue and Latin soul.
This is not a night to sit quietly and watch. LATIDO is designed to move you.
Arrive early, settle in for dinner, share cocktails with friends and watch The Grand Room transform from sophisticated dining room into a pulsating Latin dance floor.
Whether you're an experienced salsa dancer or simply love incredible live music and a great night out, LATIDO captures the spirit of a genuine Latin night — passionate, spontaneous, sophisticated and impossible to resist.
Celebrate the night your way, from General Admission and À La Carte dining to Premium Tables and exclusive Grand Booth experiences, with specially curated food and beverage packages available.
Dinner. Drinks. Live music. Dancing.
One room. One incredible band. One seriously hot Latin night.
