About this Event
Join us for an afternoon walk through Highland Park as autumn gives way to winter. With much of the season's foliage behind us, this guided tour offers a different perspective on the park's remarkable landscape, history, and the enduring vision of Frederick Law Olmsted.
Along the way, we'll explore Highland Park's thoughtful design, highlighting notable trees, landscape features, and some of the historic "legacy" and specimen plants that contribute to the park's unique character. As the landscape settles into its quieter season, we'll consider how the park's natural beauty and design can be appreciated throughout the year.
Whether you're visiting for the first time or returning in a new season, this tour offers an opportunity to experience Highland Park through its history, horticulture, and design.
