The Last Ride of the Year!
As 2026 winds down, let's get together for one final ride before 2027 arrives. Join us for The Last Ride of the Year, a scenic loop through some Virginia and North Carolina backroads. Whether you've ridden with us all year or haven't been able to make many rides lately, this is the perfect opportunity to spend a day on two wheels with friends and close out the year together.
We'll meet at 8:00 AM at Wawa, 720 Woodlake Dr., Chesapeake, VA, with Kickstands Up (KSU) immediately following the safety briefing. For those joining us from the north or west side, we'll make a second stop at approximately 8:50 AM at the Duck Thru/Shell, 6125 Whaleyville Blvd., Suffolk, VA. Once again, KSU will be immediately after the safety briefing. From there, we'll head through the rural roads of southeastern Virginia, cross into North Carolina, and enjoy a relaxing ride through scenic farmland, small towns, and winding country roads before looping back into Virginia and working our way into southern Pungo.
We'll stop for brunch at Redhead Bay Café, where we expect to arrive between 11:30 and 11:45 AM, traffic permitting. It will be a great opportunity to unwind, share stories from the road, and enjoy good food and fellowship as we celebrate the completion of our first year as the Ironclad Harley Owners Group.
Whether you've been on every ride this year or are joining us for the first time, we'd love to have you along. If you can't make the ride itself but would still like to spend time with the group, feel free to meet us at Redhead Bay Café, 605 Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach, VA, and join us for brunch.
After brunch, we'll continue exploring some of Pungo's scenic back roads before making our way toward the Chesapeake Expressway and ultimately to Ironclad Harley-Davidson, where the ride will officially conclude.
Let's close out 2026 the same way we've spent it: with great friends, great motorcycles, plenty of laughs, and another memorable day on the open road. Thanks to everyone who helped make our inaugural year as the Ironclad HOG such a success. We hope you'll join us for one last ride as we celebrate the memories we've made and look forward to the adventures that await in 2027. See you on the road!
