Join us December 5th at the historic Andres Pico Adobe for our yearly Las Posadas celebration!Las Posadas is the reenactment of the Nativity story of Mary and Joseph traveling from door to door in Bethlehem looking for a place for Mary to give birth to Baby Jesus. It has been a tradition in Mexico for over 400 years.
The San Fernando Valley Historical Society is welcoming all to join us in our yearly tradition!
The evening will start with the procession promptly at 5:30pm.
After there will be hot chocolate, pan dulce, a piñata and caroling lead by local nuns in the courtyard.
The gates will open at 5pm.
