No pitches or pressure, just genuine conversation over lunch.
It’s a friendly, informal space for women business owners, especially those facing extra barriers like caring responsibilities, health conditions or low income, to take a breather, meet other women who understand the challenges of running a business, and feel encouraged to keep going.

Lark Lunch Break takes place at The Host Café , which offers a lovely range of affordable food and drink. The café sits just next door to St Luke’s Church, where you’ll find The Host Space co-working area.
If you’d like to work before or after the event, Lark Lunch can co-work there for £5 for four hours when attending Lunch Break.
