About this Event
Mexican violinist Fátima Hernández and Spanish pianist Isabel Negrin López perform as Lapislázuli Duo, sharing classical music alongside traditional Mexican and Spanish music, combined with poetry. The renowned genre known as the corrido, as well as other songs, features in arrangements for piano, violin, and voice.
Fátima and Isabel’s playful presentation and dialogue with the audience make this an unforgettable program, in which you can hear the soul of Mexico shining through.

De Mexicaanse violiste Fátima Hernández en de Spaanse pianiste Isabel Negrin López vormen samen het Lapislázuli Duo. Ze brengen klassieke muziek, traditionele Mexicaanse en Spaanse muziek en poëzie samen. Het befaamde genre corrido, evenals andere liederen, komt aan bod in arrangementen voor piano, viool en zang.
