On the 21 November come and get festive with us at the 2026 Matlock Christmas Lantern Parade and Lights Switch On!We'll be at the Imperial Rooms in Matlock from 11am - 3pm! Everyone is invited to make a gorgeous natural lantern out of willow - get creative and add your own leaf decorations! Michaela and Hannah will be there to guide you through the process. It's such a lovely Christmas keepsake to take home with you afterwards too.
Taking part is free but be sure to look out for our bucket collectors (including the wonderful Mayor of Matlock Ashley Orwin), helping to raise funds for LEVEL Centre! Did you know we're Mayor Ashley's Charity of Choice this year?
We can't wait to see everyone - it's going to be an amazing Peak District Christmas event!
