Starting in Tung Chung at sunrise, participants hike up Ngong Ping 360 route to Nei Lek Shan before the 50km heads out on the Keung Shan ridgeline towards Fan Lau direction doing a loop taking in ocean views and heading towards Shek Pik Trail before climbing 2 monster climbs Lantau Peak (934m) and Sunset Peak (800m+) before contouring to Pak Mong and Tung Chung.
