Join us for our Autumn 2026 Landlord Conference, hosted by Nock Deighton at Bridgnorth Rugby Club.
This has been the biggest year of change the lettings world has seen in a generation, with more still to come. This is an essential evening for landlords who want to stay informed, compliant and confident about their next move.
What’s on the agenda?
Dawn Clarke, Managing Director of Nock Deighton, will be covering Reviewing the Rent Without Losing Your Tenant - the right rent, the correct process now required, and how to protect a good tenancy while you do it - and Buy, Sell or Diversify: Your Portfolio's Next Move, an honest look at the options in front of every landlord right now and how to weigh them properly.
We're also delighted to welcome Embersol, who will deliver a session on Retrofit and EPC Changes: Cost-Effective Improvements for Landlords.
The evening closes with your questions answered on the Renters' Rights Act, with Dawn explaining the new rules in plain terms.
