Lakeside Sounds is a new free live music series bringing talented local musicians and emerging artists to the Warners Bay and Toronto foreshores every Friday night this summer.Settle in by the lake, enjoy live music as the sun sets, and support local cafes, restaurants and businesses while discovering your next favourite artist.
With a different local act taking to the stage each week, Lakeside Sounds is the perfect way to ease into the weekend.
Lakeside Sounds runs every Friday night from 8 January to 26 February 2027, from 6pm to 8pm.

For generations, Music in the Podium has been a cherished part of summer in Lake Macquarie. After many years of music and memories, the series has come to a close.
Lakeside Sounds builds on that legacy with a new format. By alternating between Warners Bay and Toronto each week, we're bringing live local music to two of our best-loved foreshores and giving more people the chance to enjoy summer evenings by the lake.
