Lagos: Ocean Calm | Beach Yoga & Handpan Sound Journey

Let’s meet by the historic Ponta da Bandeira Fortress in Lagos for a unique oceanfront yoga experience that gently unfolds into a soothing handpan sound journey. After gathering by the fortress and meeting your fellow attendees, we’ll find our spot on the beach, settle in, and prepare for a session designed to nourish body and mind.

With more than a decade of teaching yoga around the world, I’ll guide you through a sequence that is grounding, flowing, and accessible to all levels. We’ll begin with a moment of stillness, refreshing breathwork, and setting an intention. From there, we’ll move through mindful, beginner-friendly postures that bring a sense of openness and renewal.

Throughout the session you’ll be supported with attentive guidance, moving at your own pace while enjoying a calm connection to the present moment. As we transition into relaxation, you’ll be carried into a meditative state by the resonant tones of the live handpan, blending beautifully with the sounds of the nearby ocean.

Afterwards, we’ll linger for a relaxed moment to connect, chat, or simply enjoy the serenity around.
