Cancellation, Changes, Weather, Refunds:
- No Refunds & No Exceptions
- Valid for date and time selected at time of purchase only - strictly no change permitted so please select carefully. No refund for preferred date not available.
- In cases of bad weather: please be advised that all cruises will go ahead, unless the boat has stated otherwise. May and June are typically wet-weather months in Sydney, and rain during this period is quite common.
Vessels have indoor areas available in case of rain. However, we highly recommend bringing an umbrella or rain jacket for boarding and disembarkation at the wharf.
In the unlikely event that a cruise is unable to operate due to severe weather or safety concerns, customers will be notified in advance.
- If your selected cruise cannot go ahead you will be notified and we will endeavour to secure you a suitable alternative booking. Full Refunds will be made for cruises cancelled by the boat should no suitable alternative booking be found.
- By attending this event, you acknowledge that entry is at your own risk. The organiser accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, or theft.
* Vivid Drone Show is operated by external organisers and is subject to weather conditions, safety approvals, and operational factors beyond our control.
While some cruises are timed around the drone show, drone show viewing is not guaranteed.
In the event of cancellation or modification of the drone show, the cruise will proceed as planned. No refunds or transfers will be issued.

Things to Remember:
- Please allow yourself plenty of time to get to the wharf, Vivid is a busy period & it is advised to be at pickup location 20 minutes early.
- There will be no refunds or change of slots, if you missed the booked boat slot.
- Cruise times include boarding time and disembarkment.
- Everyone requires a ticket (Kids Tickets are not free, you will not be allowed to board the vessel if child doesn't have a ticket)
- Prams are allowed (You will need to fold them before taking them onboard with you)
- Wheelchair Accessible (Normal Wheelchairs only, no heavy electric scooters)
- It is not a BYO - You can not bring your own Food & Drinks onboard.
- Drinks Package (RSA compliant). One drink per order. Multiple bar visits permitted.
- For Safety, No Skinny Heels allowed
- Seating - First Come First Serve only
