Lady A captivates global audiences with her powerhouse voice, magnetic stage presence, and soul-stirring storytelling. Known for delivering music with a message, her performances leave a lasting impact wherever she goes. She’s been called “The Hardest Workin’ Woman in Blues, Soul, Funk & Gospel”, and she lives up to it every time she hits the stage.
A fan favorite at major festivals worldwide, She is also the producing partner behind American Ladies in the House, a groundbreaking concert series showcasing women in Blues and Soul across Sweden. As an international touring artist, producer, songwriter, community activist, and storyteller,
Lady A continues to earn accolades. She was named Best Blues Vocalist and Best Performer by the Washington Blues Society in 2020 and 2021, and took home Best Female Vocalist in 2022. In 2024, she was nominated by the International Singer Songwriters Association (ISSA) for Vocalist of the Year and Performer of the Year. Most recently, she won the 2025 Patti Allen Award for Best Blues Performer of the Year in 2025.
