*Updated Date*Ladies!! we've got control for the gym again!!
We will be doing something very similar to last time, training day as well as an introductory session for anyone interested in the sport but a little hesitant.
Please wear comfortable active wear you can move around in, bring a water bottle and a towel (optional)
For our ladies that have been in before!! We can try and ask a couple of the guys if you could try armour IF you want to!!
Excited to see you ladies there!! The session runs until 12pm but we may finish a little earlier depending on what we will go through. Bring your friends, Aunties, cousins, anyone along as well!!
