💪🏼 A 30 minute full body kettlebell workout led by me Haze Davison
🙏🏼Followed by @rad_life leading a meditation with @mmmelodycircle drumming
🌊 Plus a swim in the sea
Whether you want to take part in one or all three we are doing this collaboration to raise funds for a lovely family raising money for treatment for their son who has the condition PANDAs.
