About this Event
These lessons are for people who want to learn to ride a bike in a traffic free environment.
With all equipment provided, our experienced instructor will guide you step by step, from getting on and off the bike to building up your balance and your confidence.
The instructor will work with you to assess your needs and to get you pedalling in a friendly, stress-free manner, at your pace.
The lessons are delivered in a traffic-free environment. We learn to ride in Bowling Park in the warmer months and use the sports hall at Parkside Sports Centre in the colder months.
You can attend as many as you like, but places are limited usually to 6, so please book. If you decide you can't attend a session you have booked - please cancel it as soon as possible (ideally via Eventbrite - or drop us an e-mail if you can't work out how to do it yourself).
