CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that occasionally things happen preventing one from attending a conference. All cancellation requests received one week (7 business days) prior to the event will be issued a full refund minus registration and processing fees. Cutoff for full refund is October 26th at 4pm. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a refund after that date. Substitute attendees will be permitted. Requests for registration cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
