Join us at Piazza di Gogo’s for La Notte: Estate Italiana — Abruzzo, an evening celebrating the rustic flavors and wines of this distinctive Italian region.
Massimo’s wine selections guide four pairings, beginning with tomato bruschetta and a sparkling rosé, followed by our own interpretation of pallotte cacio e ova: savory cheese-and-egg dumplings made with Buford’s biscuits and gently simmered in tomato sauce.
The evening continues with Abruzzo-style lamb skewers and spaghetti alla chitarra with white pork ragù, paired with two expressions of Montepulciano. We’ll finish with house-made saffron-honey gelato.
