𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐨: 𝐋𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚̄𝐦𝐮𝐝𝐫𝐚̄ 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐩𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢.𝐜𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐆𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐧 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧
In questo corso della durata di quattro giorni, riceveremo insegnamenti relativi al sistema contemplativo della Mahāmudrā in cinque punti, un sistema originato dal grande maestro tibetano Dagpo Lhaje Gampopa, discepolo del celebre yogin Milarepa, suddiviso in cinque modi per connettersi alla propria dimensione di saggezza, in modo piacevole dal punto di vista fisico e gioioso mentalmente. Ciascuno dei cinque punti ci conduce a un livello più profondo, attraverso i due cicli della mente di saggezza naturale e della celebrazione della saggezza nella vita, in uno stato di beatitudine e gioia.
Ogni giorno include quattro sessioni: Lama Glenn trasmetterà gli insegnamenti e Drupon Chongwol guiderà le sessioni di pratica.
𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐆𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐧 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧
Lama Glenn è un insegnante esperto e stimato di Tantra e Tummo buddista. È un discepolo diretto di Sua Santità il XIV Dalai Lama e i suoi maestri radice sono Ling Rinpoche VI e Trijang Rinpoche, i maestri radice personali del XIV Dalai Lama. Lama Glenn insegna Buddismo tibetano da oltre trent'anni a migliaia di studenti in tutto il mondo. È un rinomato studioso, autore e traduttore, avendo scritto oltre 30 libri sul Buddismo tibetano e sul Tantra buddista, pubblicati in tutto il mondo.

𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐆𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐧 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧
In this four-day course, we will receive teachings on the contemplative system of the Five-point Mahāmudrā, a system, originating with the great Tibetan master Dagpo Lhaje Gampopa, a disciple of the famous yogi Milarepa, divided into five ways of connecting with your wisdom side in a physically pleasurable and mentally joyful way. Each of the five points takes us to a deeper level of the two rounds of the mind of natural wisdom and the celebration of wisdom in life, in a blissful, joyful way.
Each day will include four sessions: Lama Glenn will present the teachings, and Drupon Chongwol will guide the practice sessions.
𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐆𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐧 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧
Lama Glenn is an experienced and beloved teacher of Buddhist Tantra and Tummo. He is a direct student of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, and his root teachers are Ling Rinpoche VI and Trijang Rinpoche - the personal root teachers of the 14th Dalai Lama. Lama Glenn has been teaching Tibetan Buddhism for over thirty years to thousands of students worldwide. He is a renowned scholar, author, and translator - having written over 30 books on Tibetan Buddhism and Buddhist Tantra published around the world.
