Welcome to his trattoria La Dolce Vita where he shares the utter joy in the small everyday pleasures of eating, drinking, singing, laughing and connecting that make us human. A tiny coffee, an even tinier biscuit, chest hair, candles in wine bottles and a talking spaghetti Bolognese are just some of the things to expect in his 8 course dinner. Laugh, sing, nibble and leave feeling full of hope, nibbles and an appreciation for the little things in our only vita bella.
