🇫🇷 This week, we're bringing a little taste of France to KraftWerket! 🥖🍂
For this Tuesday's dinner, we're serving up two French classics, both with a fully vegan twist! Think rich, comforting flavours, melted cheese and a little something sweet to finish the evening. ❤️
🧅 French Onion Soup
A rich and warming soup made with slowly caramelized onions, vegan butter, mushroom broth and a splash of white wine for extra depth of flavour. Topped with crispy baguette and melted vegan cheese, it's the perfect combination of savoury, sweet and comforting. A gluten-free bread option will also be available!
🍮 Crème Brûlée
For dessert, we're making a vegan version of this much-loved French classic! A smooth and creamy vanilla custard made with cashews and plant-based cream, topped with a thin layer of caramelized sugar, torched until golden and crispy. The perfect combination of creamy and crunchy! ✨
And since French food pairs wonderfully with a glass of wine, feel free to bring your own wine or other favourite drinks to enjoy with dinner! 🍷
Everything is homemade, 100% vegan and hopefully very, very tasty. Come by, grab a bowl and join us around the table for a lovely evening of French-inspired comfort food! ❤️🌱
Important practical information:
- Dinner is always fully vegan
- We serve food at 18:30.
- Tickets can be bought at Tikkio.com. The deadline is usually 4 pm the day before the event. This will ensure we have enough food, and that no food goes to waste.
- A main dish ticket costs 60 DKK and Dessert 20 DKK. It is not possible to reserve tickets.
- Refunds are not possible through Tikkio. If you have a spare ticket, please try and sell it to someone else. 🙂
- Please help us by collecting all your dishes, cutlery and glasses, and giving them a wipe at the washing station. We are only volunteers and would like to minimise the time spent cleaning.
