In 2016, guitarist Michael Kramer and pianist Tim Whalen formed the KW Big Band, a stellar big band of 18 of Washington, DC's finest jazz musicians. Tim and Michael moved away from the DC area a few years ago, but they've always had the idea of reuniting this incredible band to showcase their music. On October 26th, they are not only reuniting the band but also recording a LIVE ALBUM at the legendary Blues Alley jazz club in Georgetown. This live recording will showcase Tim and Michael's original music!
